化工类专业硕士双导师协同创新培养模式的探索与实践

【摘要】 研究生教育是培养高层次人才的主要途径和各行各业骨干力量的主要来源,对国民经济和科技的发展发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文对于化工类全日制专业硕士培养中存在的实践能力不足、缺乏创新等问题,主要从教学体系建设、校企合作实践、专业论文评价体系构建三个方面出发,探索了专业硕士研究生双导师协同创新培养模式,以全面提高专业硕士研究生的综合创新应用能力。

【Abstract】 Graduate education is the main source of training high-level talents and the backbone for all walks of life. It has an important influence on the development of science and technology in our country and plays an increasingly important role in the development of the national economy. In view of the lack of practical ability and innovation in the course of cultivating fulltime master’s degree in chemical engineering, this paper proposed professional master graduate "Trinity" dual tutorial system training mode mainly from three aspects: the teaching system construction, the cooperation between school and enterprise and the construction of the evaluation system of professional papers, and improve the comprehensive innovative application ability of professional master’s degree students.
