【摘要】 进入21世纪的第二个十年,教育技术专业人才培养定位与社会需求严重脱节。山西师范大学教育技术学专业是山西省品牌专业,也是省级特色专业。在长期实践摸索中,逐渐形成了以专业实践能力为核心的人才培养模式。该模式面向当前教育信息化驱动下教育技术专业实践的四个核心领域,即信息化方案设计、信息化课程教学、数字化资源开发以及教师信息化培训,通过优化人才培养方案、深化课堂教学模式和评价模式改革、完善各项实践教学改革制度、建立健全保障机制等措施,有力提升了教育技术学本科生专业实践能力的提升。近年来毕业生就业质量高,社会反响好。该模式在校内多个专业和省内外多个兄弟院校得到推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the second decade of 21 th century,there is a great gap between what the society requires and what the university can educate.As a famous brand in Shanxi Province,the major of Educational Technology in Shanxi Normal University has founded a new model focusing on college student’s key ability of professional practice.The model contains four goals about what undergraduates should do in future,such as designing information technology plan,teaching knowledge about information technology,developing resources for digital learning,and training teachers’ ability of using information technology.Several plans and systems were designed and carried out,including a new model of talent cultivation,reforming teacher’s instruction and evaluation model,enhancing students practical ability,and assurance policy on teacher team,laboratory environment,and finance.The new model has been implemented for more than four years,and result shows that undergraduates become more and more competent in the domain of education practice.The employers show good satisfaction about them,and the model is also advertised and applied in other universities.更多还原
