【摘要】 能力本位视域下,高校体育教育专业人才应具备良好的终身学习能力、较强的专业实践能力和活跃的专业创新能力。当前,高校体育教育专业人才培养中存在诸多问题,如教育教学目标不够明确、人才培养规划不合理、课程设置比例失衡、教材和师资建设滞后、教育实践环节欠缺等。高校体育教育专业人才培养应注重改革考试评价制度,以社会需求为导向,注重培养目标的多样化,重视和完善实践教学,优化课程结构,开发专业门类,同时要及时更新教材,优化师资队伍,从而培养出适应社会发展需要的复合型人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the perspective of ability-standard, the talents who graduate from physical education major in college should be equipped with the abilities of excellent lifelong learning, better professional practice and active professional innovation. Currently, the cultivation of university physical education professionals exists several problems, such as the ambiguity of the teaching objectives, the irrationality of talent training plan, the imbalance of the curriculum provision, the lag of teaching materials and construction of teaching staff, and the deficiency of education practice, etc.The cultivation of university physical education professionals should focus on the reform of examination and assessment, giving way to a more society-oriented approach, and pay more attention on the diversity of educational objectives, as well as focus on the importance and perfection of practical teaching, the optimization of curriculum structure,and the development of the specialized fields. Meanwhile, we should update our teaching materials in time as well as optimize the structure of the teachers.
