职教师资培养的特色教材开发研究——基于英、美、德、澳的比较

【摘要】 研究国际职教师资培养的教材,对指导我国职教教师的持续成长、职业教育的蓬勃发展具有重要意义。通过对英、美、德、澳的职教师资教材在教材的开发理念、教材的结构与内容等维度进行比较,得出今后职教师资培养的教材编写要注重实践性和操作性工具书类教材的开发,注重教材的系统性、专业性,注重教材内容与资格证书内容的对应关系。

【Abstract】 It is of great significance for guiding the continuous growth of China’s vocational education teachers and the vigorous development of vocational education to research the training materials of international vocational education teachers. By comparing the development concept, content and structure of the teaching materials for training vocational education teachers in Britain, America, Germany and Australia, it has been found out that in the future compiling of textbooks for training teachers in vocational schools, attention should be paid to the development of the textbooks with practical and feasible reference books, the systematic and professional textbooks, and the correspondence between the contents of the teaching materials and the qualification certificate.
