【摘要】 【目的】探讨中文学术论文出版后英文再出版的相关问题,为作者、中文期刊、英文期刊处理英文再出版问题提供参考。【方法】通过分析论文再次出版的含义和条件,强调首发期刊版权授权是再出版的关键问题,根据再出版主导者划分英文再出版的类型并分析它们的诉求。【结果】针对再出版过程中遇到的版权处置、学术不端、经济利益、学术评价、稿源外流等问题,结合各自诉求分析英文再出版对作者、英文出版机构、中文出版机构等相关各方的影响。【结论】作者应重视再出版的版权授权问题并对再出版英文期刊予以甄别,再出版英文期刊约稿邀请应如实详细说明期刊自身情况,以免带来版权纠纷等不必要的麻烦。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purposes]The secondary publication in English after the paper first publication in Chinese is discussed,which provides references for the authors,Chinese journals,and English journals dealing with the secondary publication in English. [Methods]By analyzing the definition and conditions of secondary publication in English,we emphasized that the copyright authorization from the first publication journal is the key issue of secondary publication. The types of secondary publication in English were divided according to the leader of secondary publication,and their respective demands were analyzed. [Findings]In response to the issues of the copyright disposal, academic misconduct, economic interests, academic evaluation, and manuscripts leaving abroad encountered in the secondary publication process,we analyze the influence on the authors,English publishing organizations,and Chinese publishing organizations combining with their appeals. [Conclusions] The authors should pay attention to the copyright authorization of the secondary publication in English and screen the real situation of the secondary publication journal,and the secondary publication journals should illustrate their real situations in the invitation e-mail to the secondary publication authors,so as to avoid those unnecessary troubles such as copyright disputes.更多还原
