【摘要】 【目的】通过分析科技期刊办刊过程中不同责任主体应发挥的作用,充分发掘科技期刊在科技创新中的独特作用,为我国科技创新发展提供参考。【方法】通过文献回顾和数据分析方法,深入剖析科技期刊不同责任主体的具体功能和作用。【结果】不同责任主体承担科技期刊发展不同层面的具体任务和职责。【结论】科技期刊主管单位、主办单位、期刊编辑出版单位、专家学者以及学术共同体等应充分发挥不同层面的作用,形成办刊合力,共同推动科技期刊的发展,提升科技期刊的影响力。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purposes] Through the analysis of the roles of different responsibility subjects in the operation of scientific journals,this paper aims to explore the unique role of scientific journals in scientific and technological innovation and provide reference for the innovation and development of science and technology in China. [Methods] According to literature review and data analysis,we analyzed the specific functions and roles of different responsibility subjects in scientific journals. [Findings] Different responsibility subjects have different but specific tasks and responsibilities in the development of scientific journals. [Conclusions] The directors,organizers,journal publishers,experts and scholars,and academic communities should give full play to their roles,jointly promote the development of scientific journals,and enhance the influence of scientific journals.更多还原
