【Abstract】 MOOC is coming from the application of multimedia computer and network technology in the field of education. With the characteristics of large scale, openness and freedom, the traditional teaching method has been changed. It has a great effect on medical education. Undergraduate teaching is the basic teaching of medical science. Respiratory medicine is also one of the key subjects in the internal medicine. With the rapid development of MOOC, it has become an inevitable trend for integrating into the teaching of respiratory medicine. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional teaching, scene concept and characteristics of the MOOC, the combination can enrich the learning resources, improve students’ interest in learning, improve the teaching level of teachers.
