【Abstract】 New requirements are proposed by modern industrial value chain for local colleges and universities on the capability and quality structure of applied talents which emphasis more on practical ability and engineering concept.New challenges of practical training under the premise of modern industrial value chain are discussed.It puts forward the thought of the practical training reform of "integration of theory and practice,self-system and throughout the whole process" combined with the practical training reform experience of "student-oriented,centered on the needs of the industry and value orientation".In that case,practice training reform model of mechanical engineering is characterized by reconstruction of practical training system,recombination ofpractical training contents,and reset of practical training link and diversification of practical training mode.更多还原
