【Abstract】 Since the Ministry of Education issued the guidance on the transformation of undergraduate universities to application-oriented colleges and universities,local colleges and universities have begun to build application-oriented transformation.This paper summarizes the current situation of the transformation of electrical and information specialty from the original academic to the applied talent training in local colleges and universities,aiming at the existing problems,from improving the foundation of running a school and changing the concept of talent training.The author puts forward the countermeasures of deepening the transformation construction from many angles,such as establishing a win-win cooperative education mechanism and so on.更多还原
