【摘要】 全日制专业学位研究生教育是为培养具有扎实理论基础,并适应特定行业或职业实际工作需要的应用型高层次专门人才。其特殊的全日制教育+企业工程实践+"双导师"指导的培养方式,对全日制专业学位研究生的管理工作提出了更高的要求。西南石油大学针对石油与天然气工程全日制专业学位研究生的管理工作,从招生管理、日常管理、导师管理、工程实践管理以及论文管理等方面着手,提出了一系列的适用于全日制专业学位研究生的教育并能有效提高其培养质量的管理新模式及新方法。相关做法可供其他领域全日制专业学位研究生培养单位借鉴。更多还原
