【摘要】 脱贫攻坚,农科院校责无旁贷,农科学子更是使命在肩。而现今农科院校陷入招生困难、学生就业严峻的窘境。究其原因在于较多农科学子属于调剂入学、专业思想不稳定,学农不爱农、自我认识能力薄弱,择业思想和择业技能准备不足,学生与就业单位之间的供需不匹配,等等。而极具专业特色的全国农科学子农科实践行动,在发挥其实践育人的基本功能基础上,通过学文化、走基层、察民情的机会和平台,用心去感受,用脚去丈量,引导农科学子客观的认识农业,加深使命在肩内涵的理解,打造农科学子"学以致思、学以致践、学以致用"学农、爱农的共同理想,增强他们事农的自信心、使命感和自豪感,真正做到"实践·成长·收获"。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agriculture majors feel obligate to focus on the three rural issues,mainly on poverty alleviation. In recent years agricultural colleges are facing both enrollment difficulties and employment difficulties. The reasons are various,such as regulating matriculation,lack of professional interest,weak study motivation,lack of job hunting skills,and gap between the talent training and social demands. Through a variety of society practice actions,agricultural undergraduate student could enhance their sense of responsibility and mission,cultivate their handling capability and practical work capability,and strengthen their confidence,sense of mission and pride in Agronomy.更多还原
