【Abstract】 The IEM talent training is an important way for transformation of applied undergraduate education.Taking the logistics management specialty group of Xinhua University in Ningxia University as an example,the IEM talent training model based on combining of the industry,enterprise and major is put forward. The applied talents training mode of local undergraduate education is established from the aspects of IEM talent training program designing,course system establishing,teaching methods reforming,as well as teachers team building.
