基于校企合作的化工类全日制专业硕士“双导师”制实施策略
The Implementation Strategy for "Double-tutor" System of Full-time Master of Chemical Engineering Based on University-enterprise Cooperation
【摘要】 本文分析了化工类全日制专业硕士"双导师"制的培养模式和实施现状,针对在具体实施过程中出现的实践较弱的情况,在研究生培养过程中建立三方交流平台和多级反馈机制,完善基于校企合作的化工类全日制专业硕士"双导师"制的实施策略,对于培养具有扎实理论基础和适应职业实际工作需要的专业硕士研究生具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 In this paper,through the analysis of the training mode and implementation status quos in the implementation of the "two-tutor" system. To the situation of the implementation is relatively weak. Establishment of a three-tier exchange platform and multi-level feedback mechanism in the process of post-graduate training to improve the cooperation based on school-enterprise chemistry full-time master’s "double mentor" system implementation strategy. It is of great significance for training professional master graduate students with solid theoretical foundation and meeting practical requirements of work.
