高校高层次人才引进及培养激励机制中存在的问题及现状
Problems and Situations of the Introduction and Incentive Mechanism of the High-level Personnel in Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 高层次人才作为特殊人才,是高校发展的核心力量。目前引进人才政策存在政策体系不够完善、政策操作性不高等问题,高层次人才激励机制也尚不完善,存在分配机制不够灵活,认识不足等问题。
【Abstract】 High-level talents are the core strength of the colleges and universities. Currently introduce policy has some problems including the policy system and incentive mechanism and so on.
