【Abstract】 Cultivation of the international professional personnel is an important task for the environmental engineering of Nanjing University of Science and Technology under the background of engineering education accreditation. In this paper,international personnel training mode is explored from four aspects:the construction of internationalized teaching staff,the international curriculum system,the development of joint training project and the characteristic tutorial system.
