【Abstract】 In view of the issue of current agricultural personnel training,it is difficult to meet the needs of regional modern agriculture development,This article explored how the system theory could be applied to in-order training of practical ability on agronomy specialty with aid of systematic view.With agronomy practice teaching mode reform,we should develop "professional knowledge", "professional skills", "innovative quality" and "entrepreneurial spirit".Meanwhile,in order to improve the in-order training of the students’ creative consciousness and ability,we should build the systematic unity between professional practice teaching content and forms.更多还原
