【摘要】 调研分析了高校计算机专业大学生应具备的实践能力的知识结构和基本素质以及IT业对人才实践能力的基本需求。指出现行计算机专业培养模式中存在的问题,提出以岗位要求为参照,知识结构、专业能力、专业素质为基础,以创新实践能力为目的,以理论联系应用为手段的岗位直通式新型高校计算机专业人才培养模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the knowledge structure and basic quality of college computer college students’ practical ability and basic needs of IT industry,points out the existing problems in the training mode of computer specialty,and puts forward a new type of post-through computer talents training mode,which take the job requirements as reference,the knowledge structure,professional competence and professional quality as the basis,taking innovation and practice ability as the purpose,and integrating theory with practice.更多还原
