【Abstract】 In the clinical practice,widespread lack of confidences in pediatrics interns result in the adverse impact on clinical practice teaching. We analyze the causes of insufficient self-confidence in pediatrics interns from the aspects of interns,sick children parents and clinical teacher,and share the measures and experiences of solving these dilemmas. We do also hope that our experiences could play important roles in promoting pediatrics interns’ self-confidence.更多还原
