【摘要】 目的:为了深化高校实践教育体系改革,加强生产实习基地建设,探索实习轮岗制度的利弊。方法:实习前调研了解学生对实习体系的看法及建议,改革现有实习模式,学生完成实习后,再次调研收集学生对实习改革的收获与建议。结果:调研反映出目前学生实习的相关情况:学校的实习安排与学生意向较为一致,学生参加生产实习主动性高,更期望去外企实习,同时更期望以灵活的轮岗方式参与其中,实习考核内容更加集中而有效。结论:生产实习在教学体系中起举足轻重的作用,能够提高并保证高校课堂理论教学的质量,轮岗制度的推行能够使学生尝试更多的工作,增强自身能力,适应社会需要,而适当精简实习考核方式,更能调动学生积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to deepen the reform of the practice education system and strengthen the production practice base construction in colleges and universities,to explore the pros and cons of internship job rotation system,we research to understand students’ opinions and suggestions of the practice system before internship,then reform the existing practice mode. After students complete the internship,we research again to collect the students’ harvest and suggestions. Research results reflect:the practice arrangement of the school and students’ intention is relatively consistent;students actively participate in practice,more expect to come foreign companies,at the same time more hope that they can participate in practice in a flexible way and have effective practice examination content. Production practice plays an important role in teaching system,it improves and guarantees the quality of classroom theory teaching,then carrying out the job rotation system can make students enhance their ability to meet the need of society. And rationalizing practice examination can arouse the enthusiasm of students.更多还原
