【Abstract】 The rapid popularization of internet requires us to put a high premium on the protection of the right of personality.This article will explain that the right of personality is facing double troubles from practice and existing law under the network environment,through discussing the particularity and the conservation status of the right of personality under the network environment.Then it proposes options for protecting the right of personality under the network environment,which include three parts of the content.Firstly,we must state quite definitely of related provisions of statutes and facts about the right of personality under the network environment.Secondly,we must state quite definitely its liability principle.Finally,the way of tort liability should be diversificated.更多还原
