【摘要】 本文采用问卷调查、实地观察等方法,对农村中小学兼职体育教师现状进行调查,通过对调查结果的分析,发现农村兼职体育教师掌握的体育技能少,教学能力低下,不重视体育教学等现象,提出解决的对策:一是健全制度,提出了制定激励机制、教学评价指标、评优制度等方法;二是加强对兼职体育教师的培训力度,提出培养方案,建议编写针对兼职体育教师的易学易懂的培训教材,让他们尽快掌握体育技能,提高体育课的教学质量.更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis investigates the current situation of part-time PE teachers in rural primary and secondary schools by means of questionnaire survey and field observation. Through the analysis of the results of the investigation, we find that the part-time PE teachers in rural have few sports skills, low teaching ability, and do not attach importance to sports teaching. The first is to improve the system and put forward the incentive mechanism, teaching evaluation index, evaluation system, etc. The second is to strengthen the training of part-time PE teachers, formulate training programs, compile the training books for part-time PE teachers which is easy to learn understand, helping them master the sports skills as soon as possible, and improving the quality of the teaching of physical education.更多还原
