【摘要】 目的了解社区糖尿病患者对于糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)知识的知晓情况及其影响因素,为开展DR的社区防治工作提供线索和依据。方法随机选取上海市某区社区管理下的50岁及以上的糖尿病患者共480例。采取问卷调查的方式,调查患者的个人信息及对DR知识的知晓情况。结果本次调查共回收有效问卷477份,男女比例为1∶1.14,平均年龄67.56±9.48岁。DR知识的总知晓率为67.71%。多因素Logistic分析显示:年龄、糖尿病类型、复诊医院类型、是否定期接受眼部检查和是否参加相关知识讲座是知晓DR知识的影响因素。结论应重点加强高年龄段及在社区卫生服务中心复诊的糖尿病患者的DR健康教育工作。社区卫生服务中心应按基本公共卫生服务项目的要求支持社区糖尿病自我管理工作,督促患者定期进行眼部及其他并发症的筛查,提高DR知识的知晓率,形成良好的糖尿病自我管理行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the awareness level and influencing factors of diabetic retinopathy(DR) in the community diabetes patients, and to provide clues and evidence for community prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods A total of 480 patients aged 50 years old and above were selected under the community management in a District of Shanghai. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate patients’ personal information and knowledge about DR. Results A total of 477 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey, and the ratio of males to females was 1 to 1.14, with an average age of(67.56 ±9.48) years old. The total awareness rate of DR among diabetes patients was 67.71%. Multi factor Logistic analysis showed that age, type of diabetes, type of subsequent visit hospital, whether regular eye examination, and whether attending lectures on related knowledge were the factors that affect knowledge of DR. Conclusion DR health education for diabetes patients at high age and subsequent visit at community health care centers should be emphasized. The community health care center should support the self-management of community diabetes according to the requirements of the basic public health service project, and urge the patients to carry out the screening of eye and other complications regularly, improve the awareness rate of DR knowledge, and form a good self-management behavior of diabetes.更多还原
