14.5cm~3测压器活塞杆与缸体配合间隙的研究
Research on the fit clearance of piston rod and cylinder for 14.5cm~3 crusher gauge
【摘要】 14. 5cm~3测压器在高压段的测试过程中会出现活塞"卡滞"及测压硅脂渗漏等问题,这是由于测压器活塞杆与缸体的配合间隙设计不合理导致的,因此需要对测压器活塞杆及缸体的配合间隙进行研究。利用LS-DYNA软件对活塞杆和缸体分别进行有限元仿真分析,观察活塞杆及缸体在不同压力及温度状态下的径向变形情况,并分析得出合适的配合间隙范围。为了验证仿真结果是否可靠,在模拟炮装置上对3种不同配合间隙的测压器进行性能考核试验,对试验数据进行分析处理并选出性能最优异的配合间隙范围,其结果与仿真结果一致。
【Abstract】 14. 5 cm~3 crusher gauge may cause some problems such as piston seizure and silicone grease leakage in high pressure testing,which is caused by the unreasonable design of the piston rod and cylinder’s fit clearance.Based on LS-DYNA software,it build the finite element model to analyze the piston rod and cylinder,obtains the radial deformation in different pressure and temperature conditions,evaluates the appropriate scope of fit clearance. In order to verify the simulation result,it tests the performance with three kinds of fit clearance,analyzes the test data and selects the better scope of fit clearance,the result is consistent with the simulation results.
