基于萃智理论的智能饮水机人机工程设计
Ergonomic Design of Intelligent Water Dispenser Based on TRIZ
【摘要】 为满足用户对智能饮水机安全性与便捷性等方面的要求,应用萃智理论对饮水机进行了人机工程设计。通过对原有饮水机使用时易出现的烧水功能单一、溢水等问题进行统计,分析改善与恶化因素之间的关系,构建技术矛盾矩阵,并按照萃智理论进行设计方案分析和选择,得到了完整的人机工程自动控制系统。通过专家权重法对设计方案进行综合评判,结果表明,应用萃智理论有利于解决饮水机人机工程设计中的技术矛盾,并可达到改善不利影响因素的目的,为后续智能饮水机的创新研发提供了支持。
【Abstract】 In order to meet the user’s requirements on the safety and convenience of the intelligent water dispenser, the ergonomics design of the water dispenser was carried out based on TRIZ. By statistical analyses of the shortcoming of the original water dispenser like simple boiling function and easy spilling of water etc, the relationship between improvement and deterioration factors was analyzed, and a technical contradiction matrix was constructed. According to TRIZ, the design scheme was analyzed and selected,and a complete ergonomic and automatic control system was obtained. Through comprehensive evaluation of the design scheme by the expert via weight method, it proves that the application of TRIZ is favorable to solve the technical contradiction in the ergonomic design of the water dispenser, and can achieve the purpose of improving the factors with adverse effects, and provide support for the innovative research and development of the intelligent water dispenser.
