【摘要】 随着我国经济的迅速发展,环境问题也随之而来,出现了大气污染、水污染、固体废物污染等一系列的问题。传统观点认为:经济的发展必然会带来环境问题,它们之间是不可平衡的矛盾。这种认识是片面的,是不正确的,因为经济的发展会在一定程度上对环境造成一定的损害,也存在一定的矛盾,但是,只要采取正确的方式,不仅可以将这种损失减少到最小,而且更重要的是还可以实现经济发展与环境保护之间的双赢,促进经济发展与环境保护从相克到相生的转变,也就是说,经济发展与环境保护之间存在着一种博弈,但这种博弈不是不可调和的。我们目前要做的是建立符合各博弈主体经济利益为目标的协同合作机制,同时还要注意调整、优化产业布局。绝不能走发达国家先污染后治理的老路,而是要用发展的观点来解决这两者之间的矛盾,找到平衡点,实现经济发展与环境保护的良性发展。采取有效的符合我国国情的政策措施,走经济与环境可持续发展道路,以期实现我们伟大复兴的中国梦。更多还原

【Abstract】 With rapid development of China economy, environmental problems have emerged including air pollution, water pollution, solid waste pollution and so on. The traditional view is that the development of the economy is bound to bring environmental issues and it is not balanced contradiction between economy and environment. This understanding is one-sided and not correct, because in a certain extent economic development will cause some damage to environment and there are also some contradictions, as long as we take the right way, not only can reduce this loss to a minimum, but more importantly, we can also achieve a win-win between economic development and environmental protectionand promote transform the relationship between economic development and environmental protection from restriction to coexist. In other words, there is a game between economic development and environmental protection, but this game is not irreconcilable, we have to build collaborative mechanism with the goal of the main economic interests of each game body, and also note that adjust and optimize the industrial layout. We will not take the old path of developed countries which pollution first and then treatment, but use the viewpoint of development to solve the contradiction between the two and find a balance point, to achieve the sound development of economic development and environmental protection.
