【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the competencies of high-level management talents represented by entrepreneurs, and constructs the training mechanism of high-level management talents. This paper argues that the highlevel management talents have strong innovation and risk entrepreneurship awareness, stable psychological quality, complex knowledge structure and comprehensive ability. Its talent training mechanism is composed of entrepreneur generation link, selection link, incentive link, assessment link, constraint link and flow link.更多还原
