创新驱动下的高层次经营管理人才培养机制建设研究
Study on High-level Management Talent Cultivation Mechanism Driven by Innovation
【摘要】 本文分析了以企业家为代表的高层次经营管理人才的胜任力特征,构建了高层次经营管理人才的培养机制。本文认为高层次经营管理人才具有强烈的创新与风险创业意识、稳定的心理品质、复合的知识结构与综合的能力。其人才培养机制由企业家生成环节、选拔环节、激励环节、考核环节、约束环节、流动环节等构成。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the competencies of high-level management talents represented by entrepreneurs, and constructs the training mechanism of high-level management talents. This paper argues that the highlevel management talents have strong innovation and risk entrepreneurship awareness, stable psychological quality, complex knowledge structure and comprehensive ability. Its talent training mechanism is composed of entrepreneur generation link, selection link, incentive link, assessment link, constraint link and flow link.
