【摘要】 目的探究我国当前医师执业资格证考试具体的培养方法,能够很好地帮助学生提升中医执业医师的考试通过率,最终促使学生顺利就业。方法分别选取2016年1—6月与2017年1—6月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院进行实习的中医专业本科生及研究生各228名作为研究对象,2016年1月—6月实习学生未参加中医执业医师实践技能考试的培训(设为对照组),2017年1月—6月实习学生参加了中医执业医师实践技能考试的培训(设为观察组),对比两组学生的考试通过率与执证就业率。结果观察组学生针灸操作、单人徒手心肺复苏术、西医外科基本技能、西医体格检查考核的合格率分别为97.37%、83.33%、86.84%、88.60%。对照组学生的考试通过率与执证就业率分别为72.37%、58.33%,观察组分别为90.79%、86.84%,观察组均高于对照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在实践教育教学过程中需要积极采取良好的方法进行培训,进而帮助学生更好地通过考试。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the specific training methods of the current examination of medical practitioner’s qualification certificate in our country can help students to improve the passing rate of the examination of Chinese medicine practitioners, and finally promote the students to obtain employment smoothly. Methods 228 undergraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine who practiced from January to June 2016 and from January to June 2017 in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the study subjects. From January to June 2016, the interns who did not take part in the training of TCM practicing skills examination were set as the control group. From January to June 2017 the interns who participated in the training of practicing skills examination for practicing doctors of traditional Chinese medicine were set as observation group. The examination pass rate and licensed employment rate of the two groups were compared. Results The eligibility rates of acupuncture operation, single-handed cardiopulmonary resuscitation, basic skills of Western medicine surgery and physical examination of Western medicine were 97.37%, 83.33%, 86.84% and 88.60% respectively. The passing rate of examination and the employment rate of licensed students in the control group were 72.37% and 58.33% respectively. The observation group was 90.79% and 86.84% respectively. The observation group was higher than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). ConclusionIn the process of practical teaching, we should take good methods to train students and help them pass the examination better.更多还原
