【摘要】 目的研究快速康复外科护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的康复效果。方法选择2017年3月—2018年3月我院腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者80例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组按照常规护理方案进行术后护理康复,而观察组患者在常规护理方案的基础上应用快速康复外科护理进行术后康复护理。结果对照组患者术后的下床活动时间、肛门排气时间以及住院时间等均比观察组患者时间长,差异结果具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论应用快速康复外科护理可以提高腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的康复速度,有助于缓解患者的术后不良情绪,对减少患者的术后并发症有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the rehabilitation effect of rapid r e h a b i l i t a t i o n s u rg i c a l n u r s i n g f o r p a t i e n t s w i t h l a p a r o s c o p i c cholecystectomy. Methods 80 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected as research objects in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given postoperative nursing rehabilitation according to the routine nursing plan, while the observation group was given postoperative nursing rehabilitation by applying rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the basis of conventional nursing program. Results The postoperative ambulation time, anus exhaust time and length of stay of the patients in the control group were longer than those in the observation group, the result had obviously statistical significance difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The study showed that application of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can improve the recovery of the patients with laparoscopic gallbladder excision, it helps to alleviate the patients’ postoperative negative feeling and reduce the postoperative complications in patients with a positive role.更多还原
