【摘要】 目的探究与分析全面护理对髋骨骨折患者术后围术期指标、负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院自2014年10月—2017年10月共为期3年收治的120例髋骨骨折患者,按照就诊时间顺序分为常规护理组及全面护理组,每组各60例,对比两组患者术后围术期指标、并发症、焦虑抑郁情绪及护理满意度。结果全面护理组与常规护理组相比,手术时间、住院时间及首次排气时间均较短,并发症发生率较低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。全面护理组与常规护理组相比,护理满意度较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理后与护理前相比焦虑抑郁评分均降低,全面护理组与常规护理组相比上述评分降低更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对髋骨骨折患者实施全面护理能够有效改善围术期指标,降低并发症发生率,缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪,促进提高护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore and analyze the influence of comprehensive nursing on postoperative rehabilitation index, negative emotion and nursing satisfaction of hip fracture patients. Methods 120 cases of hip fractures had been treated in our hospital around 3 years selected from October 2014 to October 2017, all the patients according to the time sequence were divided into routine nursing group and comprehensive nursing group, there were 60 cases in each group. Perioperative indicators, complications, anxiety and depression, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the conventional nursing group, the operation time, hospitalization time and first exhaust time of the comprehensive nursing group were shorter, and the incidence of complications was lower, the difference had a statistically significant(P < 0.05). Compared with the conventional nursing group, the comprehensive nursing group had higher nursing satisfaction, the difference had a statistically significant(P < 0.05). Anxiety and depression scores was lower in both groups after nursing and before nursing, while those in the comprehensive nursing group were significantly lower then those in the conventional nursing group, the difference had a statistically significant(P < 0.05). ConclusionComprehensive nursing for hip fracture patients can get a effectively improve of the recovery index, reduce the incidence of complications, relieve anxiety and depression, and improve the nursing satisfaction.更多还原
