【摘要】 目的分析标准化病人在内科临床教学中的应用。方法选取湘南学院来我院见习的2014级临床医学9班、10班、11班、12班、13班、14班共285名学生作为研究对象,随机将学生分为对照组与研究组。对照组学生采用传统临床见习教学模式,首先开展理论教学,随后进行实践教学。研究组学生使用标准化病人进行临床实践教学模式。比较两组的教学效果。结果相较于对照组,研究组学生的考核成绩明显更佳优异,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,通过问卷调查分析研究组对SP在临床实践教学中的应用效果评价,有80%的学生表示满意,明显高于对照组学生,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化病人在内科临床教学中的应用可提高学生成绩和满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application of standardized patients in clinical teaching of internal medicine. Methods A total of 285 students of class 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 in 2014 grade were selected as the subjects in Xiangnan University, and the students were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The students in the control group were given the traditional clinical probation teaching mode, first carrying out theoretical teaching, followed by practical teaching. The students in the study group were given standardized patient to conduct clinical practice teaching mode. The teaching effect of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the examination results of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.05). In addition,through questionnaire survey, 80% of the students in the study group were satisfied with the application of SP in clinical practice teaching, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of standardized patients in clinical teaching of internal medicine can improve students’ achievement and satisfaction.更多还原
