【摘要】 目的探讨益气活血补肾法治疗高血压左室舒张功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年3月—2018年2月收治的80例高血压左室舒张功能障碍的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规西药降压治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上,加服中药汤剂益气活血补肾治疗,对比两组患者的血压及左室舒张功能的改善情况。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、E/Ea均显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而E/A和Ea/Aa显著提升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组患者的SBP水平、DBP水平、E/Ea相对更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而E/A、Ea/Aa水平相对更高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在高血压左室舒张功能障碍的治疗中,益气活血补肾降压法是一种良好的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Bushen prescription in the treatment of hypertensive left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. Methods 80 patients with hypertensive left ventricular diastolic dysfunction admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine antihypertensive treatment. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given Yiqi Huoxue Bushen decoction, and the improvement of blood pressure and left ventricular diastolic function were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, the systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), and E/Ea were significantly lower in the two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while E/A and Ea/Aa were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the SBP level, DBP level, and E/Ea were relatively lower in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while the E/A and Ea/Aa levels were relatively higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of hypertension with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, Yiqi Huoxue Bushen prescription is a good choice.更多还原
