【摘要】 目的观察川芎嗪注射液对腹透患者腹透液CA125的影响。方法采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液加入腹透液中治疗7天,观察治疗前后患者超滤量、溶质转运参数、D/Pcr、腹透液CA125浓度,以及尿素清除指数(KT/V),肌酐清除率(Ccr)的变化。结果治疗后患者超滤量由治疗前(338±71)ml/d明显提高到(692±90)ml/d,腹透液CA125平均浓度由治疗前的(15.1±2.9)U/ml提高到(17.5±3.4)U/ml;而患者尿量、溶质清除率、D/Pcr等未见明显改变。结论川芎嗪注射液能提高腹透患者的超滤量,安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of ligustrazine injection on the CA125 in patients with abdominal dialysis.Methods Ligustrazine hydrochloride injection to join to drain fluid treatment in 7 days,patients before and after treatment was observed ultrafiltration volume,solute transport parameters,D/Pcr,abdominal fluid CA125 concentrations,and KT/V(urea clearance index),the change of Ccr(creatinine clearance).Results After treatment,the ultrafiltration rate of patients increased significantly from(338±71) ml/d to(692±90) ml/d,and the average concentration of CA125 increased from(15.1±2.9) U/ml to(17.5±3.4) U/ml.However,there was no significant change in urine volume,solute clearance rate,D/Pcr.Conclusion Ligustrazine injection can improve the ultrafiltration and safety of patients with ventral dialysis.更多还原
