【摘要】 目的为提高进修生骨髓细胞形态学带教质量,探讨传统授课学习(LBL)与以团队为基础学习(TBL)相结合的教学方法在进修生中的教学效果。方法对到我院骨髓细胞形态学进修学生分别采用LBL+TBL、TBL+LBL及LBL模式教学,比较三组成绩并通过征求意见方式评价教学效果。结果 LBL+TBL组教学效果明显优于LBL组(P<0.05)。结论 LBL教学法仍是必要的基础教学方法,增加TBL教学有助于学生提高学习效果,学习主动性增强,LBL+TBL教学模式值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the teaching quality of bone marrow cell morphology for advanced students and explore the effect of teaching LBL and TBL combining teaching methods. Methods Using different teaching mode for students, compared each group for evaluation of teaching effect. Results The LBL + TBL teaching effect was better than LBL group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion LBL teaching method is still necessary for the basis of the teaching method, TBL teaching can improve students’ study effect and learning initiative, LBL + TBL teaching model is worth promoting.更多还原
