【摘要】 目的探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术用于肾结石治疗的效果。方法回顾182例2015年1月—2017年12月肾结石患者根据手术方法分组。对照组进行体外冲击波治疗,观察组行微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗。比较两组肾结石清除效果;手术操作的有关指标;手术前后患者肾功能状态、生存质量水平;并发症情况。结果观察组肾结石清除效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组手术操作的有关指标优于对照组,P<0.05;手术前两组肾功能状态、生存质量水平相近,P>0.05;手术后观察组肾功能状态、生存质量水平优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组并发症少于对照组,P<0.05。结论肾结石患者行微创经皮肾镜取石术的治疗效果确切,对结石清除作用较好,创伤小,手术进程快,可减少并发症,减轻肾损害,促进患者生活质量改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods182 cases of renal calculi from January 2015 to December 2017 were divided into two groups according to the operation method. The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave, and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy. The effect of two groups of renal calculi, the related indexes of operation, renal function status, quality of life before and after operation, and complications were compared. Results The clearance effect of kidney stones in observation group was higher than that in control group, P < 0.05; The operative index of the observation group was better than that of the control group, P < 0.05; Renal function and quality of life were similar between the two groups before operation, P > 0.05; After operation, the renal function and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group, P < 0.05. The complications of the observation group were less than that of the control group, P < 0.05. ConclusionMinimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy is a safe and effective method for treating renal calculi. It has a clear effect on stone removal, light trauma and fast operation process, which can reduce complications, reduce renal damage and improve the quality of life of patients.更多还原
