【摘要】 目的对经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者手术室护理措施和效果进行研究。方法选取2014年3月—2017年2月在我院接受经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗的患者102例作为研究对象,并采用1∶1随机分为参照组和实验组,每组各51例。分别应用常规手术室护理和优质手术室护理的效果进行对照研究。结果就并发症发生率而言,实验组患者低于参照组(5.88%vs.23.53%);就住院时间而言,实验组患者短于参照组;就护理总满意度而言,实验组患者高于参照组(92.16%vs.72.55%),组间数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮肾镜碎石取石术患者应用优质手术室护理的效果十分满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the nursing measures and effects in the operation room with percutaneous nephrolithotomy for lithotripsy. Methods 102 patients who received percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to the method of 1:1, they were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group, with 51 cases in each group. The effect of routine operation room nursing and quality operation room nursing were compared. Results In terms of the incidence of complications, the patients in the experimental group were lower than the reference group(5.88% vs. 23.53%). In terms of the time of hospitalization, the patients in the experimental group were shorter than the reference group. In terms of total nursing satisfaction, the patients in the experimental group were higher than the reference group(92.16% vs. 72.55%). The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotripsy for patients with high quality operation room is very satisfactory.更多还原
