【摘要】 目的探讨小梁切除联合青光眼引流植入治疗青光眼的效果。方法选取2013年7月—2016年4月于我院手术治疗青光眼的124例患者,随机分为两组各62例。对照组采取小梁切除术,观察组在其基础上采取青光眼引流植入治疗,比较两组效果。结果术后观察组眼压、视力指标显著优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于青光眼的患者,在小梁切除术的基础上采取青光眼引流植入治疗,可以降低眼压,改善视力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of trabeculectomy combined with glaucoma drainage implantation in the treatment of glaucoma. Methods From July 2013 to April 2016, 124 cases of glaucoma treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 62 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trabeculectomy, and the observation group was treated with glaucoma drainage on the basis, and the effect of the two groups was compared. Results The intraocular pressure and visual acuity of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion For glaucoma patients, glaucoma drainage implantation on the basis of trabeculectomy can reduce intraocular pressure and improve visual acuity.更多还原
