【摘要】 目的观察文拉法辛合用舒必利治疗社交恐惧症的临床效果。方法选择青岛市精神卫生中心收治的社交恐惧症患者100例作为研究对象,收治时间为2014年1月—2016年1月,使用随机数字抽取法进行分组,实验组和对照组,每组各50例。实验组采取文拉法辛联合舒必利治疗,对照组采取文拉法辛治疗,并在治疗结束后,对比分析两组治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、社交回避及苦恼量表评分及不良反应发生率。结果实验组和对照组患者经治疗后汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分、社交回避及苦恼量表评分均有所减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但实验组的减少幅度与对照组相比更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组经治疗后的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论文拉法辛合用舒必利治疗社交恐惧症具有显著的疗效,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,且用药安全性较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of venlafaxine combined with sulpiride in the treatment of social phobia. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016, 100 cases of social phobia in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=50) and control group(n=50). The observation group was treated with venlafaxine combined with sulpiride, the control group was treated with venlafaxine only. The HAMD scores, SAD scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared before and at the end of the treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of Hamilton depression scale, social avoidance and distress scale were decreased in the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05). However, the reduction of the experimental group was more significant than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction after treatment in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect in the treatment social phobia of venlafaxine combined with sulpiride was obvious curative, it can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and higher safety.更多还原
