【摘要】 目的探讨急性心肌梗死经桡动脉行急诊PCI的全程介入护理分析。方法选取从2016年7月—2017年3月急性心肌梗死经桡动脉行急诊PCI患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组与观察组,每组各30例。常规组患者在治疗前后实施常规护理方法,观察组患者在治疗全程予以综合护理方法,对比两组治疗后患者满意度。结果两组患者采用不同护理方法后,常规组患者满意度为70.0%,观察组患者满意度为90.0%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对患者治疗全程介入综合护理,明显提高了治疗效果,帮助患者缓解身心痛苦,有利于患者各项指标的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing analysis of emergency PCI for acute myocardial infarction through the radial artery. Methods60 cases of acute myocardial infarction for emergency PCI through the radial artery from July 2016 to March 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into routine and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the conventional group were given routine nursing before and after treatment. The observation group received comprehensive nursing in the whole course of treatment, and the satisfaction degree of patients after treatment was compared. Results After two groups of patients were treated with different nursing methods, the satisfaction rate of the conventional group was 70.0%, and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 90.0%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive intervention for patients during the whole process significantly improves the therapeutic effect, helps patients relieve physical and mental pain, and is conducive to the recovery of all indicators.更多还原
