【摘要】 目的评价夫西地酸乳膏联合卤米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将纳入研究的162例慢性湿疹患者按照随机对照分组方式分为观察组与对照组,每组81例,观察组患者交替给予使用夫西地酸乳膏和卤米松乳膏治疗,对照组患者单纯给予使用卤米松乳膏治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行评价。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.6%,高于对照组患者的81.5%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.528,P<0.05),两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应。结论夫西地酸乳膏联合卤米松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Fusidic Acid Cream and Halometasone Cream in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 162 patients with chronic eczema were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the randomized controlled group, with 81 cases in each group, the observation group were given alternating use of fusidic Acid cream and halometasone cream treatment, patients in the control group only received treatment with halometasone cream, the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.6%, which was higher than that of the control group 81.5%. the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=13.528, P < 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups.
