【摘要】 目的分析D二聚体和肿瘤标志物和结直肠癌之间的相关性。方法选取2014年1月—2017年11月在我院就诊的60例结直肠癌患者作为研究组,同时选取同期健康体检50例作为对照组,检测两组静脉血D二聚体以及血清肿瘤标记物,分析指标水平变化。结果研究组D二聚体、CA199、CEA等血清肿瘤标记物水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结直肠癌患者D二聚体、CA199、CEA等血清肿瘤标记物高水平表达,是影响疾病发生以及患者预后的危险因素。结论 D二聚体、肿瘤标志物表达和结直肠癌发生呈正相关性,可为临床诊断、预后评估提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the correlation between D-Dimer and tumor markers and colorectal cancer. Methods 60 patients with colorectal cancer from January 2014 to November 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research group. At the same time, 50 cases of healthy physical examination were selected as the control group. Two groups of venous blood D-Dimer and serum tumor markers were detected, and the index level was analyzed. Results The average water levels of serum tumor markers, such as D two, CA199 and CEA, were higher in the study group than in the control group(P < 0.05). The high level expression of D-Dimer, CA199, CEA and other serum tumor markers in colorectal cancer patients is a risk factor that affects the occurrence of the disease and the prognosis of the patients. Conclusion There is a positive correlation between the expression of D-Dimer, the expression of tumor markers and the occurrence of colorectal cancer, which can provide some reference for clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.更多还原
