【摘要】 目的探究个性化护理对乙肝肝硬化失代偿患者治疗依从性及护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院2015年4月—2017年4月收治的90例乙肝肝硬化失代偿患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化护理,对比两组患者治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗完全依从率高于对照组,不依从率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组与对照组相比护理满意度较高,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论个性化护理相比于常规护理应用于乙肝肝硬化失代偿患者中能够提高治疗的依从性和护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing on the compliance and nursing satisfaction of the decompensated patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods 90 cases with decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis from April 2015 to April 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given individualized nursing, and the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of complete compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The rate of non compliance was lower than that in the observation group. The difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion Personalized care can improve the compliance and nursing satisfaction of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.更多还原
