【摘要】 目的在儿科门诊开展中医特色护理,提高优质护理服务的质量。方法抽取316例需要进行儿科中医特色护理的患儿,按随机数字表法分为实验组(n=158)和对照组(n=158),实验组在治疗护理过程中全程给予提供优质护理服务,从营造舒适的治疗护理环境到治疗结束给予全面的中医健康知识宣教,在中医特色护理服务中全面实行优质护理,对照组按一般常规护理的服务方法进行,在治疗护理结束后及时发放满意度调查表,了解患儿及家属对两种服务方式的满意度。结果患儿及家长对我院在儿科中医特色护理中运用优质护理服务的模式非常满意,对我科室中医的治疗护理技术效果及儿科中医特色的护理服务高度认可。结论优质护理服务在儿科中医特色护理中的应用,有效的提高了中医特色护理服务的质量,增强患儿的合作程度,提高了治疗和护理的效果,加快了患儿疾病的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To carry out characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of nursing service in pediatric clinic. Methods 316 cases of pediatric patients who needed characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing were selected and divided into experimental group(n = 158) and control group(n = 158) according to random number table method. The experimental group was provided quality nursing services throughout the course of nursing. From the establishment of a comfortable treatment and nursing environment to the end of treatment, the experimental group was provided comprehensive education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) health knowledge and full implementation of quality care in TCM-specific nursing services, the control group was provided conventional nursing service. Satisfaction questionnaire was released promptly after the end of treatment and care to understand the satisfaction of children and their families for both services. Results The children and their parents were very satisfied with high quality nursing service in the characteristics of TCM pediatrics nursing mode and were highly accredited for the technical and therapeutic treatment of Chinese medicine in our department and the nursing services of pediatric Chinese medicine. Conclusion The application of High quality nursing service in characteristics of TCM pediatrics nursing, effectively improves the quality of the characteristics of TCM nursing services, greatly enhances the patient’s cooperation degree, improves the effectiveness of the treatment and nursing, to speed up the rehabilitation for the patients.更多还原
