【摘要】 目的分析食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者有效预防对策以及护理。方法选取2014年2月—2017年6月接诊病例150例,按照随机抽选的方式均分为两组,对照组患者采用常规的基础护理方案,观察组患者在常规基础护理的基础上再增加使用护理干预方案。结果观察组吻合口瘘发生率较低与对照组、依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对食管癌患者实施食管癌根治手术后,在常规基础护理的基础上再使用护理干预,患者吻合口瘘发生率较低、患者依从性较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effective preventive measures and nursing of patients with anastomotic fistula after esophagus cancer operation. Methods From February 2014 to June 2017, 150 cases were divided into two groups randomly mode, the control group were treated with routine basic nursing program, the observation group increased the use of nursing intervention on the basis of routine basic nursing. Results The incidence of anastomotic fistula in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the compliance group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion For esophageal cancer patients after esophageal cancer radical operation, on the basis of conventional basic nursing, the nursing intervention was applied. The incidence of anastomotic leakage was low and patient compliance was good.更多还原
