【摘要】 目的分析综合护理干预对乳腺癌患者癌因性疲乏状态的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年11月—2017年8月98例乳腺癌患者,通过随机数字表方法进行分组,即观察组和对照组各49例。护理人员对两组分别实施综合护理和基础护理,对两组患者实施不同护理干预后的癌因性疲乏情况,焦虑评分SAS、抑郁评分SDS进行比较。结果观察组患者无癌因性疲乏比例高于对照组患者,P<0.05,组间SAS分数和SDS分数对比,观察组低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论临床中对乳腺癌患者实施综合护理干预,能够将其癌因性疲乏程度缓解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on cancer induced fatigue in patients with breast cancer. Methods 98 cases with breast cancer patients from November 2015 to August 2017 in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group, 49 cases in each group. The nurses implemented the comprehensive nursing and basic nursing for the two groups respectively, and compared the incidence of cancer-related fatigue after the different nursing interventions in the two groups, the anxiety score SAS and the depression score SDS. Results The incidence of cancer free fatigue in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P < 0.05. SAS scores and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with breast cancer in clinic can relieve the degree of cancer induced fatigue.更多还原
