间歇精馏脱除酯交换法制碳酸甲乙酯反应体系中轻杂质

【摘要】 为有效脱除酯交换法制碳酸甲乙酯反应体系中的轻杂质,采用产品保留率作为目标函数对间歇精馏分离该混合物进行了系统研究。考察了回流比、塔板数、投料量及产品纯度要求对产品保留率的影响,找到了产品纯度要求为99.5%(质量分数)时适宜的工艺件:理论板数N=50,回流比17.5,投料量与上升蒸汽量之比5kg/(kg·h-1),该条件下重组分保留率大于0.95。

【Abstract】 The object function of conservation rate was adopted to investigate the separation process by batch distillation in order to remove the light components in the crude ethyl methyl carbonate derived fromtransesterification effectively.The effects of reflux ratio,theoretical number,initial charge and purity on conservation rate were discussed.And the optimum process data under the purity of 99.5%(mass)is as follows:reflux ratio is 17.5;theoretical number is 50;initial charge is 5 h,under which the conservation rate of ethyl methyl carbonate is above 0.95.
