羧甲基壳聚糖接枝N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺复合水凝胶的制备及性能研究
SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF CMCS GRAFT DMAA COMPOSITE HYDROGEL
【摘要】 以羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)为原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂、过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,采用微波辐射法,通过接枝共聚合成了P(CMCS-g-DMAA)复合水凝胶,利用FT-IR和TG等方法对复合水凝胶的结构进行表征,并探讨了反应的机理。通过对单体配比、交联剂用量、引发剂用量、酸碱度、微波辐射时间的调节,获得最佳的反应条件:m(CMCS)∶m(DMAA)=0.69、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)用量0.6%(基于单体总质量)、过硫酸钾(KPS)用量6%、pH=8、反应时间210s。在此条件下合成的P(CMCS-g-DMAA)复合水凝胶在去离子水中的溶胀率达到154g/g。
【Abstract】 A novel poly(carboxymethyl chitosan-g-N,N-dimethylacrylamide)composite hydrogel was synthesized by grafting polymerization with carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS)and N,N-dimethylacrylamide(DMAA)as monomers,N,N-methylene bis acrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent and potassium persulfate(KPS)as initiator under microwave irradiation.The chemical structure of P(CMCS-g-DMAA)composite hydrogel were characterized by means of FT-IR and TG.The mechanism of the reaction was also discussed.Under the optimum reaction conditions of m(CMCS)∶m(DMAA)0.69,MBA 0.6%(based on the total monomer mass),KPS 6%,pH value 8,reaction time210 s,the swelling ratio of P(CMCS-g-DMAA)composite hydrogel was 154 g/g in deionized water.
