清代河工体制的翻阅
Analysis on the river projects system of the Qing Dynasty
【摘要】 建设与管理体制是清代黄运两河治理的重要保障.本文着重从体制的制度层面解析其利弊,从而挖掘古代治河管理体制的资鉴、炯戒价值.
【Abstract】 The important guarantee of the two river projects of the Yellow River and the Grand Canal is referred to the construction and management system. The author of this article analyzed the pros and cons of the system on the institutional level and got further research on the reference and obvious warning from the river projects system in old times.
