机械设计课程设计六种能力的培养

【摘要】 结合专业认证的要求,首先对现有机械设计课程设计教学模式进行了综述,指出了两种课设模式的特点。针对对传统机械设计课程设计教学内容进行了梳理和分类,将课设过程划分方案分析与设计、传动件设计、箱体及附属件设计和资料整理4个阶段;依据这4个阶段的主要内容和要求,提出了在课程设计中需要培养的六种能力;对这六种能力进行了论述和详细分析;最后指出了实现六种能力培养采取的思路和措施,为改进课程教学和实施改革提供了思路和借鉴。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the requirements of the major certification,the teaching patterns of the mechanical curriculum design were reviewed firstly in this paper. Their characteristics were presented and classified. The total process were divided into four sements,namely:schemes design and analysis,transmission parts design,housing & attached parts design and document arranging. According to these analysis,the contents of the traditional curriculum design were groomed and classified. The six abilities training were given in the mechanical curriculum design,each ability was discussed and analysized. Finally,the methods and thinks were pointed out to realize the training of six abilities,which point out the reforming methods and reference.
