机械设计实验教学探讨

【摘要】 轴系部件设计与分析实验是机械设计课的一门经典实验。以轴系部件设计与分析实验为例进行实验教学方法的探讨。实验教师以理论知识为核心,依托自身实践经验,结合Solid Works软件进行实验教学方法的研究。运用逆向思维法和头脑风暴法纠正学生实验中的错误,引入课堂之后授课效果良好。

【Abstract】 The design and analysis of shaft components is a classic experiment in machine design course. The experimental teaching method is discussed taking the design and analysis of the shaft components as example in this paper. The experimental teachers,based on the theoretical knowledge,rely on their own practical experience and combine the Solidworks software to carry out experimental teaching methods. Using reversal thoughts and brainstorming method to correct mistakes in students’ experiments. The teaching effect is good after introduction of class.
