基于逆向设计的汽油机进气管模型重构及其CFD分析
Reconfiguration of gas inlet pipe model based on reverse design and its CFD analysis
【摘要】 以汽油机进气管为研究对象,应用逆向技术得到汽油机进气管的三维模型。采用Solid Works中Flow Simulation插件对进气管道中的气体流动与传热进行CFD三维数值模拟,给出了进气管道气体的流场、换热系数及压力场分布等信息。并提出了改进建议,将改进前后的进气管道的计算结果进行对比分析,可为管道的优化设计提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the intake pipe of gasoline engine, a three-dimensional model of gasoline engine intake pipe is obtained by using reverse technology. Using the Flow Simulation plug-in in Solidworks to simulate the gas flow and heat transfer in the intake pipeline, the flow field, heat transfer coefficient and pressure field distribution of gas in the inlet pipe are given. The improvement suggestion is put forward to compare and analyze the calculation results of the inlet pipe before and after the improvement, which can provide the theoretical basis for the optimal design of the pipeline.
